目前国内缺乏对雨水处理设施规模设计方法及相关参数的系统研究,影响了这些设施的合理设计与建设.针对这一问题,根据不同雨水处理设施的处理机理,参考一些发达国家雨水处理设施规模的确定方法及我国城市实际情况,分析以水质控制为目标确定雨水处理设施规模的容积法和流量法,重点介绍了水质控制体积WQV,以北京为典型城市统计分析了WQV的关键参数--设计雨量的确定,并给出了我国31个城市WQV的设计参数,为我国城市径流污染控制的雨水处理设施规模设计提供参考.

Currently, the lack of systemic research for facility sizing determination designing methods and relative parameters in China hampers their normal designing and practical application. To solve this problem, based on the different rainwater treatment facilities processing mechanisms, the rainwater facilities scaling determination method in developed countries, and the practical conditions in our country, the volume-based and flow-based methods to determine the rainwater treatment facilities sizing were analyzed with the purpose of water quality controlling. At the same time, the water quality volume (WQV) was introduced with emphasis, the determination of the key rainwater quantity design parameters for WQV was analyzed by taking Beijing as a case study, and the WQV design parameters for 31 cities in China were brought forward, which offered references for the rainwater treatment facilities sizing determination to control the urban runoff pollution in China.
