目的 分析肝豆状核变性患者肝脏等腹部脏器声像图变化,探讨超声检查对肝豆状核变性的诊断价值.方法 通过对59例肝豆状核变性患者腹部超声检查的结果 进行回顾性分析,总结其声像图特点,并与临床表现和有关检查结果 相对照.结果 59例患者中,尿铜增高53例,血清铜蓝蛋白降低56例,血铜明显降低57例,角膜K-F环阳性48例,肝脏声像图异常59例,表现包括:(1)弥漫点状增强型;(2)回声不均匀增粗型;(3)结节型.结论 肝豆状核变性肝脏声像图改变明显,超声检查可为该病的诊断尤其早期诊断提供线索.

Objective To analyse the hepatic sonographic changes of hepatolenticular degeneration and to investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound examination in Wilson's disease.Methods The results of abdominal ultrasonography from 59 hepatolenticular degeneration patients were analyzed retrospectively and their sonographic characteristics were summarized according to their clinical performance and examinational outcome.Results Of these 59 patients,urine copper rose in 53 cases,serum ceruloplasmin descended in 56 cases,blood copper obviously decreased in 57 cases,corneal K-F ring showed positive in 48 cases and hepatic ultrasonography showed abnormal in 59 cases.Manifestation included:(1)Diffuse spotty enhanced type,(2)Spotty inhonopeneously widened type,(3)Nodule type.Conclusions Hepatic ultrasonogram obviously changed in the patients with hepatolenticular degeneration.Ultrasonography can provide early effective clues for hepatolenticular degeneration diagnosis.
