Da Huang and Zhe Chong%Models of the uterine leiomyomas%Progesterone%Progesterone receptor
目的 研究大黄、(庶虫)虫对大鼠子宫肌瘤模型孕激素及其受体的影响.方法 将70只SD大鼠随机分为7组:正常对照组、模型组、大黄(庶虫)虫小剂量组、大黄(庶虫)虫中剂量组、大黄(庶虫)虫大剂量组、大黄(庶虫)虫丸组、桂枝茯苓胶囊组,采用雌孕激素负荷法建立大鼠子宫肌瘤模型,放射免疫法测定大鼠血清孕激素(P)水平,免疫组织化学染色观察大鼠子宫平滑肌细胞孕激素受体(PR)的表达.结果 模型大鼠血清中P水平,子宫平滑肌细胞PR的表达明显高于正常大鼠,大黄(庶虫)虫可降低血清中P水平,抑制平滑肌细胞PR的表达.结论 P及PR在子宫肌瘤生长中起重要作用,这可能是大黄(庶虫)虫治疗子宫肌瘤的机理之一.

목적 연구대황、(서충)충대대서자궁기류모형잉격소급기수체적영향.방법 장70지SD대서수궤분위7조:정상대조조、모형조、대황(서충)충소제량조、대황(서충)충중제량조、대황(서충)충대제량조、대황(서충)충환조、계지복령효낭조,채용자잉격소부하법건립대서자궁기류모형,방사면역법측정대서혈청잉격소(P)수평,면역조직화학염색관찰대서자궁평활기세포잉격소수체(PR)적표체.결과 모형대서혈청중P수평,자궁평활기세포PR적표체명현고우정상대서,대황(서충)충가강저혈청중P수평,억제평활기세포PR적표체.결론 P급PR재자궁기류생장중기중요작용,저가능시대황(서충)충치료자궁기류적궤리지일.
Objective To study the effects of Da Huang and Zhe Chong on the concentration of progesterone and its receptor in the experimental rats with uterine leiomyomas. Methods 70 female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 7 groups: control group, model group, low dosage group of Da Huang and Zhe Chong, medium dosage group of Da Huang and Zhe Chong,higher dosage group of Da Huang and Zhe Chong,Da Huang Zhe Chong Wan group, Gui Zhi Fu Ling Capsula group. The animal model of uterine leiomyomas was induced by estrogen and progesterone load method. The serum concentration of progesterone was measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA), and the expressions of progesterone receptor in smooth muscle cells was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Compared with control group, the concentration of progesterone and expression of progesterone receptor in smooth muscle cells in model group were changed significantly(P >0.05). Da Huang and Zhe Chong were demonstrated to reduce the concentration of progesterone, suppress the expression of progesterone receptor.Conclusion The concentration of progesterone and progesterone receptor play important role in the growth of uterine leiomyomas, and it may be one of reasons by which Da Huang and Zhe Chong treat uterine leiomyomas.
