分别用乙醇和氨水为溶剂,制备了负极材料SnS.用XRD、SEM、电化学阻抗谱、循环伏安和恒流充放电对样品进行了研究.用乙醇为溶荆,可得到纯净的正交型SnS晶体,粒径比用氨水为溶剂得到的小且均匀.用乙醇为溶剂制备的SnS以0.1.C、0.5 C、0.8 C和1.0 C充放电,在0.5 C时的脱锂比容量衰减最慢,第20次循环的比容量为243.2 mAh/g.

Anode material SnS was synthesized by ethanol and ammonia as solvent,respectively.The samples were studied by XRD,SEM,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,cyclic vohammetry and galvanostatic charge-discharge.The pure orthorhombie SnS crystal was obtained by ethanol as solvent.its particle size was smaller and more uniform compared with the one by ammonia as solvent.When SnS syrnthesized by ethanol as solvent charge-discharge at 0.1 C,0.5 C,0.8 C and 1.0 C,the lithium deintercalation specific capadty fading was the slowest at 0.5 C,the specific capacity was 243.2 mAh/g at the 20th cycle.
