为了研究温度对四角蛤蜊耗氧率和排氨率的影响,设置了5个温度梯度(12、17、22、27和32℃)进行试验。结果表明:12℃到27℃的温度范围内,四角蛤蜊的耗氧率随温度升高而升高,在27℃时达到最大值。在试验设定的温度范围内,随着温度的升高,排氨率不断升高。耗氧率和排氨率与水温的关系分别符合三次线性关系。
為瞭研究溫度對四角蛤蜊耗氧率和排氨率的影響,設置瞭5箇溫度梯度(12、17、22、27和32℃)進行試驗。結果錶明:12℃到27℃的溫度範圍內,四角蛤蜊的耗氧率隨溫度升高而升高,在27℃時達到最大值。在試驗設定的溫度範圍內,隨著溫度的升高,排氨率不斷升高。耗氧率和排氨率與水溫的關繫分彆符閤三次線性關繫。
위료연구온도대사각합리모양솔화배안솔적영향,설치료5개온도제도(12、17、22、27화32℃)진행시험。결과표명:12℃도27℃적온도범위내,사각합리적모양솔수온도승고이승고,재27℃시체도최대치。재시험설정적온도범위내,수착온도적승고,배안솔불단승고。모양솔화배안솔여수온적관계분별부합삼차선성관계。
Five temperature grades( 12, 17, 22, 27 and 32 °c) were set in order to study on the effects of temperature on oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion rates of clam Mactra veneriformis. The experimental results indicated that within the range of temperature 12-27 °C, the oxygen consumption rate increased with the increase of water temperature and reached a maximum in 27 °C. Meanwhile the ammonia excretion rate kept on increasing within the range of temperature we set. The relationship between the temperature and the oxygen consumption rate or the ammonia excretion rate accorded with the cubic linear equation.
