目的 探讨膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤的CT和超声表现.方法 回顾性分析10例经病理证实的膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤的CT和超声表现.结果 膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤以宽基底附着膀胱壁,边界清楚,圆形或类圆形肿块,局部膀胱壁可增厚.CT平扫密度均匀,增强扫描明显强化;超声显示肿块为等、低回声,边界清晰,内部回声欠均匀.结论 膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤的CT和超声表现有一定的特征性,认识其表现有助于对该病的诊断.
目的 探討膀胱嗜鉻細胞瘤的CT和超聲錶現.方法 迴顧性分析10例經病理證實的膀胱嗜鉻細胞瘤的CT和超聲錶現.結果 膀胱嗜鉻細胞瘤以寬基底附著膀胱壁,邊界清楚,圓形或類圓形腫塊,跼部膀胱壁可增厚.CT平掃密度均勻,增彊掃描明顯彊化;超聲顯示腫塊為等、低迴聲,邊界清晰,內部迴聲欠均勻.結論 膀胱嗜鉻細胞瘤的CT和超聲錶現有一定的特徵性,認識其錶現有助于對該病的診斷.
목적 탐토방광기락세포류적CT화초성표현.방법 회고성분석10례경병리증실적방광기락세포류적CT화초성표현.결과 방광기락세포류이관기저부착방광벽,변계청초,원형혹류원형종괴,국부방광벽가증후.CT평소밀도균균,증강소묘명현강화;초성현시종괴위등、저회성,변계청석,내부회성흠균균.결론 방광기락세포류적CT화초성표현유일정적특정성,인식기표현유조우대해병적진단.
Objective To study the computed tomography (CT) and ultrasound (US) findings of bladder pheochromocytoma.Method The CT and US findings of 10 patients pathologically proved as bladder pheochromocytoma were retrospectively analyzed.Results Bladder pheochromocytoma with broad-based attached to the bladder wall with clear margin,round or oval mass.Plain CT scan showed soft tissue density in homogeneous,all lesion intense enhancing in contrast-enhancement.US showed that the lesions was isoechoic or hypoechoic,with a regular shape,the internal echo of mass was nonhomogeneous.Conclusion CT and US findings of bladder pheochromocytoma have some characteristics,which is helpful for diagnosis.
