目的 研究健康体检人群高尿酸血症与血压、血脂、血糖的关系.方法 采用病例对照方法,以2008年珠海市公务员健康体检中发现高尿酸血症男性患者1129人,女性患者165人为高尿酸组,以性别相同、年龄、职业等因素相近的为对照组,探讨其对血压、血脂、血糖的影响.结果 高尿酸血症组收缩压为(132.4±13.1)mmHg、舒张压为(82.1±7.5)mmHg、TG为(2.21±1.43)mmol/L、HDL-C为(1.22±0.31)mmol/L、FPG为(5.92±0.72)mmol/L;对照组收缩压为(128.3±12.8)mmHg、舒张压为(79.5±7.2)mmHg、TG为(1.78±1.38)mmol/L、HDL-C为(1.31±0.33)mmol/L、FPG为(5.80±0.68)mmol/L;两组比较,差异具有极显著性(P<0.01).高尿酸组的高血压、血脂异常和空腹血糖升高患病率分别为:28.12%、50.36%、25.04%;对照组的高血压、血脂异常和空腹血糖升高患病率分别为:19.23%、32.86%、16.07%;两组比较,差异具有极显著性(P<0.01).结论 高尿酸血症与血压、血脂、血糖密切相关,应加强高尿酸血症的健康教育,及早预防.

목적 연구건강체검인군고뇨산혈증여혈압、혈지、혈당적관계.방법 채용병례대조방법,이2008년주해시공무원건강체검중발현고뇨산혈증남성환자1129인,녀성환자165인위고뇨산조,이성별상동、년령、직업등인소상근적위대조조,탐토기대혈압、혈지、혈당적영향.결과 고뇨산혈증조수축압위(132.4±13.1)mmHg、서장압위(82.1±7.5)mmHg、TG위(2.21±1.43)mmol/L、HDL-C위(1.22±0.31)mmol/L、FPG위(5.92±0.72)mmol/L;대조조수축압위(128.3±12.8)mmHg、서장압위(79.5±7.2)mmHg、TG위(1.78±1.38)mmol/L、HDL-C위(1.31±0.33)mmol/L、FPG위(5.80±0.68)mmol/L;량조비교,차이구유겁현저성(P<0.01).고뇨산조적고혈압、혈지이상화공복혈당승고환병솔분별위:28.12%、50.36%、25.04%;대조조적고혈압、혈지이상화공복혈당승고환병솔분별위:19.23%、32.86%、16.07%;량조비교,차이구유겁현저성(P<0.01).결론 고뇨산혈증여혈압、혈지、혈당밀절상관,응가강고뇨산혈증적건강교육,급조예방.
Objective To explore the association of hyperuricemia with blood pressure and blood levels of lipids and sugar in the individuals on regular physical examination. Methods The hyperuricemia group included 1129 male and 165 female individual with hyperuricemia comfirmed in a regular physical examination for civil servants in 2008. The control group had the matched sex, age, and profession.The effects of hyperuricemia on blood pressure, lipids, and sugar were determined. Results The average levels of systolic and diastolic pressures, TG, HDL-C, and fasting blood sugar were markedly higher in the hyperuricemia group than in the control group; the rates of hypertension, abnormal lipid levels, and impaired fasting sugar were higher in the hyperuricemia group. Conclusions Hyperuricemia is closely associated with blood pressure and levels of blood lipids and sugar. Health education on hyperuricemia should be strengthened to prevent the occurrence of the disorder earlier.
