高危型人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)的持续感染是导致妇女宫颈癌的关键因素.随着对HPV及其致病机制研究的深入和免疫学的发展,新型HPV预防性疫苗已在多个国家上市,治疗性疫苗的研究也有新的进展.此文对HPV及HPV疫苗的新进展做一综述.

Cervical cancer is the second largest cause of cancer deaths in women. Epidemiological and laboratory studies overwhelmingly support a necessary role for persistent human papillomavirus( HPV) infection and transcription in cervical carcinogenesis. Along with the development of immunology as well as study on HPV and its pathogenic mechanism, new preventive HPV vaccines have been available in many countries. New progress has also been made in therapeutic HPV vaccines. This paper reviews HPV and the advanced progress in HPV vaccines.
