目的：设计制作一种铰链折叠式上颌全口义齿，用以修复小口畸形患者的上颌牙列缺失。方法：选一例典型小口畸形病例，试用折叠式上颌全口义齿修复其上颌牙列缺失，观察折叠式上颌全口义齿的实际制作情况和修复效果。结果：患者对折叠式上颌全口义齿修复效果表示满意。结论：折叠式上颌全口义齿可用于修复小口畸形患者的牙列缺失。
목적：설계제작일충교련절첩식상합전구의치，용이수복소구기형환자적상합아렬결실。방법：선일례전형소구기형병례，시용절첩식상합전구의치수복기상합아렬결실，관찰절첩식상합전구의치적실제제작정황화수복효과。결과：환자대절첩식상합전구의치수복효과표시만의。결론：절첩식상합전구의치가용우수복소구기형환자적아렬결실。
Objective: To design and fabricate a new type of prosthesis, the collapsible maxillary complete denture with hinges, for improving the treatment of edentulous patients with microstomia. Method: A typical edentulous patient with microstomia was chosen and a collapsible maxillary complete denture was made to restore him. The function and effect of the denture installed in the patient were observed. Result: This type of denture can be folded easily and also be convenient for patients to wear. Conclusion: The collapsible complete denture can restore the edentulous of the patient with microstomia.
