目的:测定雀儿舌头叶、秆中氨基酸的含量。方法:使用氨基酸自动分析仪,在水解条件下测定叶、秆中氨基酸的含量。结果和结论:雀儿舌头叶、秆中均含有8种人体必需氨基酸。雀儿舌头秆中的氨基酸含量高于叶中氨基酸含量。
目的:測定雀兒舌頭葉、稈中氨基痠的含量。方法:使用氨基痠自動分析儀,在水解條件下測定葉、稈中氨基痠的含量。結果和結論:雀兒舌頭葉、稈中均含有8種人體必需氨基痠。雀兒舌頭稈中的氨基痠含量高于葉中氨基痠含量。
목적:측정작인설두협、간중안기산적함량。방법:사용안기산자동분석의,재수해조건하측정협、간중안기산적함량。결과화결론:작인설두협、간중균함유8충인체필수안기산。작인설두간중적안기산함량고우협중안기산함량。
Aim:To determine the composition and the contents of amino acids in the leaves and stems of Leptous(Bunge)Po-jark. Methods: Determined the contents by automatic analyzer for amino acids. Results and Conclusion:Eight kinds of humanessential amino acids were detected both in the leaves and stems. The total amino acid contents in hydrolysate amounted to 8.80%in leaves and 13.10% in stems. The content of amino acids in stems was higher than that in leaves.
