通过气液在塔内的逆向流动,测定了液固传质系数和催化剂包内流速.实验在常压、25℃下进行,采用内径为56mm的玻璃管,玻璃管中的催化剂捆束总高度为528mm.对实验数据进行回归处理,得到了一些关联式,为醋酸甲酯催化精馏水解过程的模拟提供了基础.

The liquid-solid mass transfer coefficients and liquid flow-ratewithin the catalyst capsule have been measured in a countercurrent flow column by this study. The measurements were completed under the temperature 25℃ and the normal pressure in a glass column with the diameter 56mm and the catalyst-bed-height 528mm. The correlations for calculation of the liquid-solid mass transfer coefficients and liquid flow-rate within the catalyst capsule were obtained by regressing the experimental data, which can be applied to simulate the catalytic distillation process for the hydrolysis of the methyl acetate.
