在蜂窝纸板加工生产线中,存在着切纸机设备落后、自动化程度低的现状,为此基于气控原理和仿真技术,设计了一种新型切纸机的气动控制系统.先在ADAMS软件中模拟切割机的工作过程,以优化其结构和运行模式,再在FluidSIM-P软件中设计切割机的气动回路和电气回路来提高工作效率和自动化程度.目前该系统已川于生产线上,对纸板切割机进行了有效控制.
在蜂窩紙闆加工生產線中,存在著切紙機設備落後、自動化程度低的現狀,為此基于氣控原理和倣真技術,設計瞭一種新型切紙機的氣動控製繫統.先在ADAMS軟件中模擬切割機的工作過程,以優化其結構和運行模式,再在FluidSIM-P軟件中設計切割機的氣動迴路和電氣迴路來提高工作效率和自動化程度.目前該繫統已川于生產線上,對紙闆切割機進行瞭有效控製.

The current paperboard production has outdated facilities and a low degree of automation. As a result, a new pneumatic control technology of single cutting device is developed based on pneumatic theory and simulation technology. First, the working process of single cutting device was simulated in the software of MSC.Adams to optimize the structure and mode of motion Second, its pneumatic and electric loop had been designed in the software of FluidSIM-P to improve working efficiency and automation. Now the device is used and effectively controlled in the cutting of paperboard.
