通过对表层纳米化铝材料的显微观察、压痕试验测量和有限元分析,从试验和理论分析两方面研究由高速喷丸法制备的表层纳米晶铝的力学行为.结合表层纳米晶铝的微结构特征,建立相应的微结构构元模型,采用基于机制的应变梯度理论对微压痕实验进行模拟,获得表层纳米化材料晶粒尺度效应和几何效应对材料微压痕硬度的影响.
通過對錶層納米化鋁材料的顯微觀察、壓痕試驗測量和有限元分析,從試驗和理論分析兩方麵研究由高速噴汍法製備的錶層納米晶鋁的力學行為.結閤錶層納米晶鋁的微結構特徵,建立相應的微結構構元模型,採用基于機製的應變梯度理論對微壓痕實驗進行模擬,穫得錶層納米化材料晶粒呎度效應和幾何效應對材料微壓痕硬度的影響.

Based on the microscale observation, measurement of indentation test and finite element analysis on surface-nanocrystallization of Al material, the mechanical behaviors of the surface-nanocrystaUine AI manufactured by using the ultrasonic shot peening method are investigated experimentally and theoretically. By examining the microstructure characteristics of surface-nanocrystalline Al, the microstructure cell model is developed and the indentation tests are simulated by using the strain gradient plasticity theory. The influences of grain size effect and geometry effect on hardness of micro-indentation are investigated.
