利用球孢白僵菌MZ041016菌株5种孢子悬浮液浓度(3.6×10~4~3.6×10~8个/mL)对平菇厉眼蕈蚊成虫和幼虫进行室内毒力测定.在3.6×10~8个/mL浓度下成虫死亡率最高达86.72%,幼虫死亡率最高达87.69%,成虫的LC_(50)为2.319×10~5个/mL,幼虫的LC_(50)为3.082×10~5个/mL.在3.6×10~4~3.6×10~8个/mL浓度处理下成虫的LT_(50)依次为8.57、6.14、5.18 d和4.28 d,幼虫的LT_(50)分别为8.09、6.03、4.96 d和4.53 d.球孢白僵菌MZ050724菌株在室内对平菇厉眼蕈蚊的成虫和幼虫有较强的毒力.

The virulence of Beauveria bassiana MZ041016 to Lycoriella pleuroti under five different concentra-tions from 3.6×10~4 spores/mL to 3.6×10~8 spores/mL was determined. The results indicated that the virulence of B. bassiana MZ041016 to adults and larvae of L. pleuroti was high. The mortality rate of adults and larvae was 86.72% and 87.69%, respectively, under the concentration of 3.6×10~8 spores/mL. On the 7th day, the LC_(50) of adults was 2.319×10~5 spores/mL, and the LC_(50) of larvae was 3.082×10~5 spores/mL. Under different concentra-tions, the LT_(50) of adults was 8.57, 6.14, 5.18 d and 4.28 d, respectively, and the LT_(50) of larvae was 8.09、6.03、 4.96 d and 4.53 d, respectively.
