目的研究B7-H4蛋白在胃腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法应用S-P免疫组化法检测B7-H4蛋白在20例正常胃黏膜、50例胃腺癌中的表达情况。结果 B7-H4在胃癌中的阳性表达率（82%）高于正常胃黏膜组（10%）,差异有显著意义（P〈0.05）。B7-H4在胃腺癌中的表达与年龄、性别无关（P〉0.05）,而与组织学分级、浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关（P〈0.05）。结论 B7-H4在胃腺癌中表达上调,可能与胃腺癌的转移和预后相关。
목적연구B7-H4단백재위선암중적표체급림상의의。방법응용S-P면역조화법검측B7-H4단백재20례정상위점막、50례위선암중적표체정황。결과 B7-H4재위암중적양성표체솔（82%）고우정상위점막조（10%）,차이유현저의의（P〈0.05）。B7-H4재위선암중적표체여년령、성별무관（P〉0.05）,이여조직학분급、침윤심도급림파결전이유관（P〈0.05）。결론 B7-H4재위선암중표체상조,가능여위선암적전이화예후상관。
Objective To study the expression of B7-H4 in gastric adenocarcinoma,and explore its clinical significance.Methods The expression of B7-H4 protein was evaluated by immunohistochemistry in 20 cases of normal gastric mucosa and 50 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma.Results The positive rate of B7-H4 protein in gastric adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal gastric mucosa（P〈0.05）.There was no correlation between the positive rate of B7-H4 protein in gastric carcinoma and age,sex（P〉0.05）,but the expression of B7-H4 protein was positively correlated to histological grade,depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The expression of B7-H4 protein in gastric adenocarcinoma is higher than that in normal gastric mucosa.The results suggest that B7-H4 may be closely related to metastasis and prognosis.
