为了提高外科学教学质量,中山大学附属第三医院胃肠外科在医学生的实习带教中,将互动式教学方法与以问题为基础学习教学方法相结合.结果显示,以问题为基础学习教学在培养学生临床思维能力方面有其优势,互动式教学在培养学生的动手能力、提高学生学习的参与程度及积极性方面有其优势,两者结合更有利于提高外科学的临床教学质量.

In order to improve the quality of surgical teaching, a method of combining interactive teaching with problem-based learning was adopted at Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou.The results showed that problem-based learning method is with the advantage of culturing students' clinical thinking skill.However, interactive teaching has the advantages in training student operational skill, and at the same time it could promote students'participation and enthusiasm for study.The combination of two methods will be helpful for surgical teaching and the teaching effect will be enhanced.
