目的 了解飞行员的身体形态、机能和运动能力特征,指导飞行员的体能训练. 方法 采用智能化体质测试系统,测试31 2名健康男性现役歼(强)击机飞行员(年龄23~49岁)的身高、体重、BMI、血压、肺活量、台阶试验、握力、仰卧起坐、俯卧撑等14项指标,以间隔5岁为1组分为6个年龄段进行分析对比. 结果 随着年龄增长飞行员身高呈降低趋势(F=3.012,P<0.05),体重和BMI逐渐增加(F=7.601、12.581,P<0.01),30岁以上年龄段飞行员BMI均值>24 kg/m2.血压随年龄增大有增高趋势,但均值在正常范围内;肺活量随年龄增大而降低(F=8.315,P<0.01);各年龄段台阶试验指数有降低趋势(F=2.578,P<0.05).20~29岁年龄段飞行员的纵跳高度、俯卧撑和仰卧起坐次数等明显高于35~49岁年龄段(P<0.05或P<0.01);随年龄增大,飞行员的闭眼单脚站立时间逐渐缩短(F=9.183,P<0.01),选择反应时和5×10 m折返跑时间逐渐延长(F=5.985、15.965,P<0.01),但坐位体前屈距离和握力变化不明显. 结论 30岁以上年龄段的飞行员BMI均值达到普通人群确定的超重范围.20~29岁年龄段飞行员运动能力指标明显高于35~49岁年龄段.本组飞行员各年龄段机能指标、运动能力指标均值高于普通人群,但部分指标低于我军飞行人员的相关标准.

Objective To investigate pilots' body sbape,body function and motor ability and to instruct their physical fitness training. Methods Fourteen indexes of 312 healthy male active pilots aged from 23 to 49 yrs,including height,body weight,BMI,blood prcssurc,vital capacity,step test index,grasp force,abilities of sit up and push-up,etc.,were tested and compared among six age groups by an intelligentized constitution test system.Six age groups were defined with 5 years old interval. Results The body height was decreased with age growing (F=3.012,P<0.05),while the weight and BMI were developing inverse(F=7.601,12.581,P<0 01).The mean value of pilots' BMI in the groups over 30 yrs was bigger than 24 kg/m2.The blood pressure was increased with age growing while its mean value was in normal range.The vital capacity was decreased with the age growing(F=8.315,P<0.01) and the step test index in each age group was on the trend of decreasing(F=2.578,P<0.05).The height of vertical jump and the times of push up and sit-up in 20 29 yrs range were much higher than those in 35-49 yrs groups.The time of pilot standing with one foot and closed eyes was gradually decrcascd with the age growing(F=9.183,P<0.01).The select reaction time and 5 × 10 m come-and go running were gradually prolonged (F=5.985,15.965,P<0.01),but the changes of ultimate anteflect distance in sit position and grasp force were not so evident. Conclusions The mean BMI value of the pilots older than 30 has reached overweight criteria that defined for the assessment of common group.The motor ability index of pilots in 20-29yrs range is significantly higher than that of the pilots in 35-49 yrs. The mean value of function indexes and strength fitness in each age group is respectively higher than that of common people,but some indexes are inferior to the related standards for military flying personnel.
