通过研究抗性不同的烟草品种使用木霉孢子并接种TMV后其防御酶活性和MDA含量变化,发现三生-NN和NC89虽然都属于普通烟草(Nicotiana tobacum L),但某些抗性相关基因不同.使用木霉孢子后,两者的防御酶有些变化趋势相同(如PAL),有些则不同(如POD);受损伤程度(MDA含量)变化幅度也不相同.接种病毒后,抗性酶被激活,其活性由抗病毒物质、病毒和植物本身等多种因素综合作用.枯斑三生作为烟草抗病毒物质的筛选的指示植物具有一定局限性,必须结合常规栽培品种进行更加系统的田间试验,才能确定某一抗病毒物质的实际应用效果.

Two tobacco varieties with different resistance, Samsun NN and NC89 were treated with Trichoderma spores and inoculated with TMV successively, and their defense enzyme activity and MDA content were determined. Results showed that some resistance-related genes of Samsun NN and NC89 were different. After treated with Trichoderma spores, some resistance enzyme (PAL) change tendency appeared same, some (POD) different. The changes of damage level (MDA content) were also different. After virus vaccination, the activities of resistant enzyme were raised, which were affected by several factors including antiviral substances, virus and plant. SamSun NN was limited in screening indicator plant of tobacco antiviral substances, and field experiments on conventional tobacco varieties were required to determine the application effect.
