以麝香百合组培苗为试材,研究了外源抗坏血酸对百合组培苗高温胁迫的缓解效应.结果表明,42℃高温胁迫下,外源提高麝香百合组培苗抗氧化酶活性,降低电导率和丙二醛含量,增加植物体内抗坏血酸含量.这说明抗坏血酸能提高保护酶活性,减轻膜脂过氧化程度,对百合高温胁迫具有缓解效应.
以麝香百閤組培苗為試材,研究瞭外源抗壞血痠對百閤組培苗高溫脅迫的緩解效應.結果錶明,42℃高溫脅迫下,外源提高麝香百閤組培苗抗氧化酶活性,降低電導率和丙二醛含量,增加植物體內抗壞血痠含量.這說明抗壞血痠能提高保護酶活性,減輕膜脂過氧化程度,對百閤高溫脅迫具有緩解效應.

Mitigative effect of ascorbic acid (ASA) on high temperature stress of lily tissue culture plantlets was studied under 42 ℃. The results showed that treated with ASA, the activity of antioxidant enzymes (SOD, POD, CAT) and ASA contents increased, the leakage of electrolyte and MDA contents decreased. It is concluded that ASA treatment could enhance the thermotolerance of lily tissue cultured plantlets.
