为寻找促进鹅毛玉凤花幼苗快速生长的新途径,研究采用鹅毛玉凤花菌根分离到的真菌与鹅毛玉凤花无菌幼苗共生,观察其对幼苗生长的影响,综合鲜重和根增长率两个指标,其中HQ01菌株的作用效果最好,对鹅毛玉凤花的生长和发育起到了很重要的作用.

For the purpose of accelerating growth of Habenaria dentate in vitro seedling, mycorrhizal fungi isolated from the root of wild type Habenaria dentate were used to co-culture with this plant. Take fresh weight and root number of seedling as index, the observation shows that most of mycorrhizal fungi helped its growth and development. And the fungus HQ01 is of the largest efficiency.
