喹诺酮类药物是近20年来迅速发展起来的一类十分重要的广谱抗生素,能抑制细菌DNA螺旋酶,抗菌广谱高效低毒组织穿透力强,已成为兽医临诊和水产养殖中重要抗感染药物之一,被大量用于治疗、预防和促生长,由于其耐药性和潜在的致癌性引起广泛关注。本实验采用新一代的ELISA试剂盒检测喹诺酮类药物,与高效液相色谱法相比具有快速、简便、准确和灵敏度高等特点,能最大限度地减少操作误差和工作强度。

The quinolones are a kind of very important broad-spectrum antibiotics and developing rapidly in the recent twenty years, which can inhibit bacterial DNA helicase. They are characterized by wide antibacterial adaptability, low toxicity, strong organization wear deeply dint.They have become one of important anti-infective agents in veterinary clinical and aquaculture,which are widely used for treatment, prevention and promoting growth, aroused widespread concern because of their resistance and potential carcinogenicity.This study used a new generation of ELISA reagent box method to detect quinolones, the new method has such characteristics as quick, convenience, accuracy and high sensitivity, compared with a high performance liquid chromatography method. It can maximum limit reduce the operation errors and work intensity.
