This paper discusses the teaching methods of the course of computer network engineering, including network professional certification into the teaching mode, the simulator of packet tracert into practical teaching, and collaborative learning promoting the network research. Practices show that this teaching mode not only improves network configuration capability for students, but also provides students with the solid foundation for obtaining the network professional certification.
