目的提高成人肾母细胞瘤的诊治水平。方法结合文献回顾性分析4例成人肾母细胞瘤的诊治情况。结果 3例行根治性切除，其中2例死于术后转移；1例行肾部分切除术，至今一年半无瘤生存。结论成人肾母细胞瘤是一种罕见的恶性肿瘤，术前诊断较困难。早期发现及诊断、手术治疗并辅以放疗、化疗等可明显提高治愈率及改善其预后。
목적 제고성인신모세포류적진치수평。방법 결합문헌회고성분석4례성인신모세포류적진치정황。결과 3례행근치성절제，기중2례사우술후전이；1례행신부분절제술，지금일년반무류생존。결론성인신모세포류시일충한견적악성종류，술전진단교곤난。조기발현급진단、수술치료병보이방료、화료등가명현제고치유솔급개선기예후。
Objectives To increase the diagnosis and treatment level of adult Wilms'tumor. Methods 4 cases of adult Wilms'tumor were analysed retrospectively with review of the literature. Results Radical nephrectomy were oprationed in 3 patients and two of them died of pulmonary metastasis after surgery; 1 patient survived already half past one year with no evidence of cancer recurrence after partial nephrectomy. Conclusions The diagnosis of adult Wilms'tumor is very difficult before surgery as a rare malignant tumor. The early discovery and diagnosis and treatment including nephrectomy as early as possible and adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy could improve the cure rate and prognosis.
