目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)的最佳健康教育方式.方法将160例慢性阻塞性肺病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各80例,对照组按传统常规进行健康教育,观察组按系统实施健康教育.结果应用有效的健康教育方法能提高COPD患者防病治病意识,病人掌握疾病相关知识、遵医行为两组比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01).结论系统的健康教育能提高病人的遵医行为及自我保健能力,改变病人不良的生活方式,对提高COPD患者的生活质量有重要的意义.

Objective To investigate the optimal healthy education method for the patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD), and raised the awareness of compliance with medical treatment and learning the knowledge about self health eare. Method 160 patients with COPD were randomly divided into control group( n=80) and observation group (n=80). The control group received healthy education according to the traditional normal regulations, and the observation group received a system healthy education, Results The system healthy education method for patients with COPD could raise their awareness of preventing and curing disease. There were siguificant different between the two groups. Conclusion The system healthy education could raise the patients' compliance to medical treatment and the awareness of self health care and change the bad of life style of patient with COPD.
