[目的]探讨茉莉酸甲酯和其类似物二氢茉莉酸丙酯在水稻两系不育系制种中的调花作用.[方法]2007年在湖北省荆州市长江大学试验场,采用不同剂量茉莉酸甲酯和二氢茉莉酸丙酯对开花期两系不育系广占63S进行处理,测定其当日午前开花率和结实率. [结果]不同剂量的茉莉酸甲酯可不同程度地提高当日午前开花数,其当日有效花率比对照(不施药)提高15.83%~40.74%,并最终使父母本异交结实率提高12.15%~16.16%,使用剂量以30 mg/m~2最佳.茉莉酸甲酯不同剂量处理的结实率与对照均呈极显著差异,但3个剂量处理间差异不显著.剂量30 mg/m~2的二氢茉莉酸丙酯可在一定程度上提高当日午前开花率,且使异交结实率显著提高(达5.18%),但其效果弱于茉莉酸甲酯.[结论]2种茉莉酸类物质均具有提高两系不育系制种产量的潜力,且茉莉酸甲酯的调花效果比二氢茉莉酸丙酯更优越.

[Objective] The research aimed to study the flowering regulation function of methyl jasmonate(MeJA) and N-propyl dihydrojasmonate (PDJA) on two-line hybrid rice system in seed production.[Method]Two kinds of jasmonates (Jas) with different doses were applied on two-line hybrid rice female parent Guangzhan 63S in Jingzhou,Hubei in 2007.Flowering rate before noon (FRBN) in a day and seed set were measured after the application of plant growth regulators.[Result]The results showed that by applying various doses of MeJA,the FRBN of the female parent plants increased by 15.83%-40.74% and the seed set increased by 12.15%-16.16% in contrast to the control,respectively.The effective dosage for MeJA was 30 mg/m~2.Three treatments of dosage were of advantage significantly over control in inducing spikelet opening,but there had no significant differences between them.PDJA with 30 mg/m~2 in dosage induced higher FRBN and resulted in significant increase in seed set comparing with control,but not so effective comparing with MeJA.[Conclusion]These data indicated that both of the two kinds of Jas were effective in enhancing the outcrossing seed production potentially,in which MeJA was superior to PDJA.
