建立了高锰酸钾电位滴定测定锰的方法,研究了不同合金中测定锰的条件.结果表明:在焦磷酸钠介质中,采用Pt指示电极和Ag参比电极指示滴定终点,用KMnO_4溶液滴定Mn(Ⅱ)为Mn(Ⅲ),测定6.00~30.00 mg Mn,相对误差≤±0.33%,加标准回收率在99.60%~100.40%.方法准确度高,重现性和选择性好,操作简便,终点敏锐,已应用于锰质量分数为7%~98%的银、铜、镍、锰等合金中锰的测定,结果满意.

A potentiometric titration method for determination of manganese using potassium permanganate as a titrant was proposed. The conditions to determine manganese were studied. The results indicated that the relative error is ≤±0.33% for determining 6.00~30.00 mg Mn and the recovery of Mn in the samples with the addition of standard Mn is 99.60%~100.40% by using Pt as an indicator electrode and Ag a reference electrode to show the titration end point and by KMnO_4 solution to titrate Mn(Ⅱ) to Mn(Ⅲ) in sodium pyrophosphate medium. The proposed method has high accuracy,good precision and selectivity,convenient operation and sensitive end point. It has been applied to determine Mn in Ag,Cu,Ni and Mn alloys containing Mn of 7%~98% with satisfactory results.
