为解决棒材生产中人工计数这一问题,开发应用了基于机器视觉技术的棒材自动计数分离系统.该系统包括两个子系统,即自动计数系统和自动分离系统,自动计数系统采用非接触式机器视觉技术和计算机比较控制技术,完美地实现了高精度计数的目的,自动分离系统由精密机械分离装置、液压装置、链轮传动装置及计算机控制系统组成,能精确分离任意设定支数的棒材.实践证明该系统实现了棒材生产负偏差轧制,提高了生产自动化水平,具有在国内同类生产线上进行推广应用的价值.

In order to solve the problem of manual counting during the production of steel bar mostly, the steel bar automatic counting and separating system based on machine vision technology was developed and ap-plied. The system includes two subsystems-automatic counting system and automatic separating system. The automatic counting system adopts noneontact machine vision technology and computer comparing control tech-nology,it realizes high accuracy count perfectly. The automatic separating system is composed of precision ma-chine separation gear, hydraulic gear, chain wheel transmission gear and computer control system,it can sepa-rate steel bar accurately by setting number freely. The practice proves that the system realizes the negative de-viation rolling for steel bar, and it rises the automation level of steel bar production,it has the value to be popu-larized in the other similar production line.
