采用MC34063设计带电流扩充的负电源电路,功率MOS管NTB2506作外接开关管,通过调节功率MOS管的栅极驱动电阻和栅一源之间的电阻,使得栅极有最优驱动电压波形和电流大小,以增加电源的输出功率和效率.实验表明,设计的电源输出电流可达1 A,且体积小、效率高.

This paper assumed MC34063 to design a current expansive negative-source circuit,using power MOS NTB2506 as external switch controller.Through a regulation of a gate-driving resistance and a resistance between gate and source on the power MOS,the gate possessed an optimum property of driving voltage waveform and current magnitude,sequentially augmented the output power and its efficiency of the source.Experiments showed that the source can output a current up to 1A,with a characteristic of pint size and high efficiency.
