目的 比较微波和CO_2激光治疗子宫颈平滑肌瘤的疗效,验证微波治疗的有效性.方法 将38例子宫颈平滑肌瘤患者随机分为微波组21例和激光组17例,分别采用微波组织凝固和CO_2激光气化进行治疗.比较两组患者的治愈率,手术时间和术中、术后不良反应.结果 微波组与激光组一次治愈率均为100%.微波组与激光组术中出血的发生率分别为4.8%(1/21)和29.4%(5/17),差异有非常显著意义(P<0.001);手术时间微波组为10-20 min,激光组为20-40 min,差异有显著意义(P<0.01);术后30 d伤口愈合微波组17例(81.0%),激光组1l例(64.7%),差异有显著意义(P<0.01).结论 微波组织凝固技术治疗子宫颈平滑肌瘤术中出血发生率低,手术时间短,伤口愈合时间快,疗效确切.

Objective To evaluate the outcome of microwave and CO_2 laser to treat servical leiomyoma respectively and to test the availability of microwave.Methods Thirty-eight patients were randomly divided into the microwave group(21 cases) and the CO_2 laser group(17 cases).Coagulating tissue was used in microwave group while vaporizing tissue in laser group.Results The curative ratio of both of them was 100% once time without significant differences (P >0.01).The adverse reactions after treatment in two groups were roughly the same, bleeding during the operation of microwave group was 4.8% (1/21) , significantly lower than the laser group 29.4% (5/17) , differences had very significant (P <0.001) ; operation time in microwave group was 10-20 minutes, shorter than the laser group(20-40 minutes) , there were significant differences (P<0.01) ; wound healing time (30 days) in microwave group was 81.0% vs 64.7% in CO_2 laser group, with significant differences (P <0.01).Conclusions Microwave coagulation technology treating the cervical leiomyoma with low bleeding during surgery, shorter opertion time, faster wound healing time and better curative effect, is currently the treatment of choice for cervical leiomyoma.
