针对灵活多效催化裂化(FDFCC)工艺,以工业装置数据为基础建立了重油提升管催化裂化10集总和汽油提升管催化裂化7集总动力学模型,求取了10集总模型的43个动力学参数和7集总模型的18个动力学参数.结果表明,所获得的模型动力学参数是可靠的,所建立的模型能够较好地预测FDFCC装置的产品产率,并对汽油组成和丙烯产率具有良好的预测性.
針對靈活多效催化裂化(FDFCC)工藝,以工業裝置數據為基礎建立瞭重油提升管催化裂化10集總和汽油提升管催化裂化7集總動力學模型,求取瞭10集總模型的43箇動力學參數和7集總模型的18箇動力學參數.結果錶明,所穫得的模型動力學參數是可靠的,所建立的模型能夠較好地預測FDFCC裝置的產品產率,併對汽油組成和丙烯產率具有良好的預測性.

Based on the features of flexible dual-riser fluid catalytic cracking (FDFCC) process, two lumped kinetic models, a 10-lumped kinetic model for heavy oil riser reactor and a 7-lumped kinetic model for gasoline riser reactor, were established. According to the data from a commercial unit of FDFCC, 43 kinetic parameters for the 10-lumped kinetic model and 18 kinetic parameters for the 7-lumped kinetic model were obtained. The results showed that the values calculated by the model agreed with the commercial data well and the two models could be applied to predict the yield and composition of products in commercial FDFCC unit, especially for the gasoline and propylene.
