基于单片机与PC上位机,设计了包括硬件和软件的棱镜耦合自动测试系统。该系统控制了步进电机的运转状态,实现了光强数据的自动采集、处理,并通过软件完成数据存储、分析及图形显示。实验结果表明,该系统满足棱镜耦合技术要求,实验效果良好,实现了高精度、高自动测试的棱镜耦合技术。
基于單片機與PC上位機,設計瞭包括硬件和軟件的稜鏡耦閤自動測試繫統。該繫統控製瞭步進電機的運轉狀態,實現瞭光彊數據的自動採集、處理,併通過軟件完成數據存儲、分析及圖形顯示。實驗結果錶明,該繫統滿足稜鏡耦閤技術要求,實驗效果良好,實現瞭高精度、高自動測試的稜鏡耦閤技術。

Based on single-chip microcomputer and personal computer, a prism coupling automatic detection system is designed, including hardware and software. The system controls the operation of the stepper motor, achieving the data automatic collection of a light intensity, data processing, data storage and analysis and graphical display by using of the software function. Experimental results show that the system meets the requirements of the prism coupling technique with good experimental effects, achieving high precision and high automatic detection on prism coupling technique.
