开发了一种芳烃脱除工艺,脱除烷基苯生产物流循环烷烃中存在的芳烃类杂质。采用固定床吸附法,选择性地吸附有待去除的芳烃,可将杂质含量(质量分数,下同)由3%~4%降到0.5%以下。给出其中的吸附工艺的研究结果。
開髮瞭一種芳烴脫除工藝,脫除烷基苯生產物流循環烷烴中存在的芳烴類雜質。採用固定床吸附法,選擇性地吸附有待去除的芳烴,可將雜質含量(質量分數,下同)由3%~4%降到0.5%以下。給齣其中的吸附工藝的研究結果。

A process for removal of aromatics from recycling paraffins inalkylbenzene production was developed, in which a fixed bed was adopted to selectively adsorb aromatics. As a result, the concentration of the aromatics could decrease from 3%~4% to below 0.5%. A brief introduction to the research work on adsorption process was given.
