Combined with prestressed pipe pile reinforcement soft soil foundation adopted in Cangnan railway station, the PDCA cyclic manage-merit method applied in prestressed pipe pile construction process was introduced. The work efficiency was enhanced by adopting advanced ma-chine, scientific proper construction organization and effective control of important procedure, therefore guaranteed pipe pile quality.
