目的 探讨契约学习法在护生临床实习中的应用效果.方法 将160名护生随机分为对照组与观察组各80名.对照组采用常规教学法;观察组要求护生结合自身情况拟定学习契约,实习过程中经常对照契约,检查学习契约落实情况,带教老师对护生完成契约内容提供条件和帮助.结果 实习结束观察组理论、操作考试成绩及综合素质评分显著高于对照组(均P<0.01).结论 护生在临床实习中应用学习契约不仅可以优质地完成实习任务,而且能提高学习兴趣、培养自主学习和对学习的操控能力、丰富学习经验.

Objective To explore the effect of contract learning on clinical practice for nursing students. Methods A total of 160 nursing students were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group equally. The control group was given con-ventional teaching methods, while students in the observation group adopted contract learning, including making a learning contract according to ones specific circumstances, checking the implementation of contract, and teachers'giving support to finish the con-tract. Results Scores of theory test, nursing skill tests and overall quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after internship (P<0.01 for all). Conclusion Implementation of contract learning in nursing students' clinical practice can effectively accomplish the task, and it can inspire students' study interest, cultivate their self-directed learning and enrich their learning experience.
