为改善棉纤维香蕉纤维混纺纱的性能,针对脱胶香蕉纤维粗、硬及成纱性能较差的特点,对香蕉纤维进行了化学改性处理,并对棉纤维香蕉纤维混纺纱工艺进了调整和改进.结果表明:在纺纱前对香蕉纤维进行化学改性处理并适当调整纺纱工艺有助于提高棉纤维香蕉纤维混纺纱的可纺性能,提高成纱强力,改善成纱条干和毛羽.
為改善棉纖維香蕉纖維混紡紗的性能,針對脫膠香蕉纖維粗、硬及成紗性能較差的特點,對香蕉纖維進行瞭化學改性處理,併對棉纖維香蕉纖維混紡紗工藝進瞭調整和改進.結果錶明:在紡紗前對香蕉纖維進行化學改性處理併適噹調整紡紗工藝有助于提高棉纖維香蕉纖維混紡紗的可紡性能,提高成紗彊力,改善成紗條榦和毛羽.
위개선면섬유향초섬유혼방사적성능,침대탈효향초섬유조、경급성사성능교차적특점,대향초섬유진행료화학개성처리,병대면섬유향초섬유혼방사공예진료조정화개진.결과표명:재방사전대향초섬유진행화학개성처리병괄당조정방사공예유조우제고면섬유향초섬유혼방사적가방성능,제고성사강력,개선성사조간화모우.
To improve cotton banana fibre blended yarn property, according to degummed banana fibre property such as coarseness ,hardness and bad yarn property, chemical modification treatment were carried on banana fibre, pro-cessing of cotton banana fibre blended yarn were adjusted and modified. The result shows that spinnability of cotton ba-nana fibre blended yarn could be improved, blended yarn strength could be increased, yarn evenness and hairiness could be improved by chemical modification treatment on banana fibre before spinning and adjusting spinning processing prop-erly.
