基于智能积分模糊PID控制原理,采用英飞凌TLE4729G单片机开发了电子节气门控制系统的硬件和软件,并将其嵌入发动机ECU中.将所开发的电子节气门安装在混合动力车上,进行整车起动试验和工况循环试验.试验结果表明,混合动力车起动时间和喷油脉宽明显优于传统车,且电子节气门响应速度快,能满足混合动力车不同工况的需求.

The hardware and software of electronic throttle control system are developed and embedded into engine ECU, using Infenion TLE4729G microprocessor and based on intelligent integral fuzzy PID control theory.The electronic throttle developed is installed on the hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) to conduct vehicle starting test and multi-mode cycle test. The test results show that the performance of HEV with electronic throttle is obviously su-perior to traditional vehicle in terms of starting time, fuel injection pulse width and response speed, and the elec-tronic throttle can meet the requirements of HEV at different working conditions.
