目的:分析探究使用抗生素对尿液细菌培养结果的影响。方法:选择本院2011年1月-2012年10月所收治的泌尿系统感染患者44例,比较抗生素使用前后的尿液,应用细菌培养法对尿液做细菌学检验。结果:治疗前44例患者尿液经细菌培养阳性16例,阳性率36.36%;使用抗生素1 d后,尿液经细菌培养阳性5例,阳性率11.36%;使用抗生素3 d后,尿液经细菌培养阳性3例,阳性率6.82%;使用抗生素5 d后,尿液经细菌培养阳性1例,阳性率2.27%。使用抗生素后尿液经细菌培养阳性率明显下降,同治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:抗生素对尿液细菌培养结果有较大影响,抗生素使用后,患者尿液的细菌培养的阳性率出现降低,使用后时间越长阳性率则越低。

Objective:To analyze and investigat antibiotic use urine bacterial culture results important influence. Method:Select 44 cases of patients with urinary system infection in our hospital from 2011 January to 2012 October were compared before and after the use of antibiotics,the urine bacterial culture method,application of bacteriological examination of urine.Result:Before treatment,44 patients urine bacterial culture was positive in 16 cases,the positive rate was 36.36%;the use of antibiotics in urine after 1 day,the bacterial culture was positive in 5 cases,the positive rate was 11.36%;the use of antibiotics in urine after 3 days,the bacterial culture was positive in 3 cases,the positive rate was 6.82%;the use of antibiotics in urine after 5 days,the bacterial culture was positive in 1 case,the positive rate of 2.27%. After the use of antibiotics in urine by bacterial culture positive rate decreased significantly,with before treatment showed a very significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Influence of antibiotics in urine culture, the use of antibiotics,patients of bacterial culture positive rate of urine appear to reduce after use,the longer the time is,the lower the positive is.
