"烟塔合一"技术即取消火电厂中的烟囱,将锅炉经除尘脱硫后排出的烟气,经自然通风冷却塔排放到大气中.国华三河电厂二期工程是国内首家采用自主研发的脱硫装置取消烟气旁路、烟塔合一新技术的电厂.总结该电厂实际运行经验、该新型湿法脱硫系统的流程、启停、逻辑设置、正常运行控制及异常处理,提出改进建议,其结论对其他发电厂有一定的参考价值.

The technology for "gas duct and cooling tower integration" means to delete the existing stack in the coal-fired power plant and emit the flue gas from the boiler through the natural ventilating cooling tower after desuifurization and dust removal. Guohua Sanhe Power Plant Phase Ⅱ is the first project implementing the self-developed technology which use gas duct and cooling tower integration and no gas bypass in FGD. Summing up the experiences, process, start-up, shut-down, logical setting, normal operation and control, and the exception handling were introduced. The advices were suggested, which have definite reference value for other power companyies.
