地方医学院校构建质量保障体系有利于改进教学管理、激励教学工作者、保证教学质量.安徽医科大学以教育部本科教学水平评估方案及医学教育标准的具体指标为指导,以培养创新医学人才为目标,强化理论教学和实践教学,着力建设基础教研室(教学系)和临床教研室“两个平台”,初步建立了教学质量保障体系,为提高医学人才培养质量发挥了积极作用.

The establishment of quality assurance system in local medical schools will improve teaching management,inspirit teaching work participants,and insure the quality of teaching.In order to cultivate innovative medical talents,Anhui Medical University,with the undergraduate-teaching level evaluation scheme which Ministry of Education released and specific indicators of medical education standards as a guide,strengthened theory teaching and practice teaching and focused on building two platform of staff room ( teaching department) and clinical staff room,In the end,the teaching quality assurance system has been established and plays a positive role in improving the personnel training.
