法尼酯X受体(FXR)是代谢性核受体超家族中的一员,在调节胆汁及脂类等物质代谢、维持内环境的稳定方面发挥着重要作用.FXR在肝脏及小肠高水平表达,与其天然配体胆汁酸结合后,FXR可维持胆汁酸内环境稳态、维持肠黏膜屏障完整性及促进肝细胞再生等.如FXR表达丧失或者功能减低后可引起胆囊结石、胆汁性肝硬化、原发性肝癌、结肠癌等疾病,而针对激活FXR表达的干预措施则可预防或提供潜在的治疗靶点.
