目的初步探讨单孔腹腔镜肾上腺切除术的手术配合要点.方法归纳手术室专科护理人员对专科技术的发展情况,做到充分与术者沟通、学习相关资料,了解患者的病情特点制定并修改手术预案.结果 10例手术均成功完成.其中1例发生腹膜破裂给予修补,短期回访无术后并发症发生.结论单孔腹腔镜是微创技术的新进展,术中积极主动配合手术进程,了解手术需求及特点是保证手术的顺利完成的重要环节.

Objective To report our nursing experiences of surgery coordination in the cases of singleport anatomical retroperitoneoscopic adrenalectomy (SP-ARA).Methods Induction of junior specialized nursing personnel operating technology development situation.Communicate fully with performer,learning related material,understanding the patient characteristic formulation and revision surgery plan.Results Ten cases of SP-ARA were performed successfully.Peritoneum rupture was repaired in one case,no post-operative complications after a short-term follow-up.Conclusions The SP-ARA is the new progress of micro-traumatic techniques.Intraoperative actively assist operation process.Understanding operation needs and characteristics is to guarantee the smooth completion of the operation of the important link.
