以黏土-SA_(01)为载体,用共沉淀法制得Fe_3O_4/黏土-SA_(01),再以钛酸四丁酯为原料采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO_2/Fe_3O_4_黏土-SA_(01)复合光催化剂.运用FT-IR、XRD、DRS、BET、VSM测试方法对所制得TiO_2/Fe_3O_4黏土-SA_(0.1)复合光催化剂进行表征,该复合光催化荆包含有:Fe_3O_4和TiO_2成分.并通过在紫外光照射下对偶氮砷染料的脱色反应,表明了照射时间为60min、催化剂投加量为0.1g、偶氮染料溶液的pH值为2和初始浓度为10mg/L等最佳条件下,该复合光催化剂对偶氮染料的脱色率可达98%.

Using the modified Hangiin 2~# clay as carrier, the Fe_3O_4/modified Hangjin 2~# clay was prepared by coprecipitation method, then TiO_2/ Fe_3O_4/modified Hangjin 2~# clay magnetic composite catalyst was prepared using the sol-gel method with tetrabutyltitanate and Fe_3O_4/modified Hangjin 2~# clay as raw materials. The catalysts were characterized by FT-IR, XRD, DRS, BET and VSM. Photocatalytic decolorization of azo arsenic dye was examined in aqueous suspension under UV irradiation. The result showed that the decolorization ratio could reach 98% with the best conditions:irradiation time was 60 min, catalyst dosage was 0.1g, pH value of solution was 2 and initial concentration of dye solution was 10mg/L.
