[目的]建立SD大鼠人工感染猪附红细胞体病动物模型,并检测相关的免疫学指标.[方法]用猪附红细胞体阳性血样,腹腔注射SD大鼠,通过光镜检测和PCR鉴定动物模型的成功建立,并对SD大鼠进行红细胞免疫功能测定、T淋巴细胞百分率检测及淋转试验的检测.[结果]SD大鼠感染猪附红细胞体后CD35明显升高,BBC-C3b和RBC-IC花环率明显降低,外周血ANAT+T淋巴细胞百分率显著降低,淋巴细胞的转化功能差异不明显.[结论]猪附红细胞体人工感染SD大鼠动物模型成功建立,并可引起SD大鼠红细胞免疫功能下降.

[목적]건립SD대서인공감염저부홍세포체병동물모형,병검측상관적면역학지표.[방법]용저부홍세포체양성혈양,복강주사SD대서,통과광경검측화PCR감정동물모형적성공건립,병대SD대서진행홍세포면역공능측정、T림파세포백분솔검측급림전시험적검측.[결과]SD대서감염저부홍세포체후CD35명현승고,BBC-C3b화RBC-IC화배솔명현강저,외주혈ANAT+T림파세포백분솔현저강저,림파세포적전화공능차이불명현.[결론]저부홍세포체인공감염SD대서동물모형성공건립,병가인기SD대서홍세포면역공능하강.
[Objective]A SD mice model of Mycoplasma suis was established to detect the immunology indices.[Method]The blood samples were injected to SD mice by peritoneal injection.It was assessed by the microscope and PCR detection.The erythrocyte immune adherence function,lymphocyte percentage and lymphocyte conversion ratio were detected.[Result]After SD mice were infected with Mycoplasma suis,CD35 increased,the anadem rate of BBC-C3b and RBC-IC decreased,the percentage of ANAT+T in peripheral blood decrease significantly and the lymphocyte conversion ratio changed little.[Conculsion]SD mice model artificially infected by Mycoplasma suis was successfully established.The erythrocyte immune adherence function of mice in experimental group decreased.
