PET-CT image fusion has shown prominent advantage in the radiotherapy target volume de-lineation in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Making sure and dehneating the pathological changes scope with the PET-CT fusion picture, and making it as close to pathologic standard as possible, are crucial in NSCLC radiotherapy.
