[目的]降低生产环草石斛试管苗的成本,为大规模生产种苗提供理论技术依据.[方法]比较白砂糖和分析纯蔗糖、自来水和蒸馏水以及有机物、微量元素、NAA等各成分对环草石斛试管苗生长的影响.[结果]自来水和白砂糖代替蒸馏水和分析纯蔗糖对环草石斛试管苗的生长无显著影响,而更有利于苗的生长;去除培养基中的有机物和微量元素对试管苗生长无明显影响;铁盐和NAA是试管苗生长不可缺少的成分.[结论]在环草石斛的试管苗生产中,自来水可以代替蒸馏水,食用白砂糖可以代替分析纯蔗糖,同时也可以去除培养基中的有机物和微量元素等.

[Objective] The research aimed to reduce the production cost of Dendrobium loddigesii Rolfe tube-seedlings and provide the theoretical technology basis for the large-scale production of seedlings. [Method] The effects of white granulated sugar, analytical sucrose, tap water, distilled water, organic matter, trace elements and NAA on the growth of D. loddigesii tube-seedlings were compared. [Result]Tap water and white granulated sugar that substituted for distilled water and sucrose resp. had no significant effects on the growth of D. loddigesii tube-seedlings and were more favorable for the growth of seedlings. The removal of organic matter and trace elements had no obvious effect on the growth of seedlings. Malysite and NAA were indispensable components for the seedling growth. [Conclusion] In the production of D. loddigesii tube-seedlings, tap water could substitute for distilled water and white granulated sugar could substitute for pure sucrose. And organic matter and elements and other substances could be removed from the culture medium.
