研究了水基钻井液降粘剂磺化苯乙烯-衣康酸共聚物的合成方法.以DMF(N,N-二甲基甲酰胺)为溶剂,苯乙烯、衣康酸摩尔比1.0:1.2,引发剂BPO(过氧化苯甲酰)用量0.6%,溶液共聚温度85℃、时间4h,得到苯乙烯-衣康酸共聚物,化学结构由红外光谱表征.该共聚物与过量20%发烟硫酸在50℃进行磺化反应2h,生成降粘剂.常温下加入0.3%SSHIA(磺化苯乙烯-衣康酸共聚物)使淡水钻井液的表观粘度由107mPa·s降至48mPa·s以下;加入0.3%SSHIA使淡水钻井液在260℃老化16h后,表现粘度由59mPa·s降至32mPa·s以下,表明该剂具有良好的耐温性.

The laboratory synthesis of SSHIA copolymer was presented. Styrene and itaconic acid in molar ratio of 1. 0:1. 2 were reacted in solution of DMF at the presence of 0. 6% BPO at 85'C for 4 h to form a SSHIA copolymer,the chemical composition was identified by its IR-spectrum. The copolymer and 20 percent of t concentrated sulphuric acid react at 50'C for 2 hrs to produce a sulfonated sty-rene/itaconic acid copolymer-viscosity reducer for water base drilling fluids SSHIA. The later with good heat resistance by introducing SSHIA at dosage of 0. 3% increases apparent viscosity AP from 107 to <48 mPa · S for an experimental fresh water fluid of 0. 3%-from 59 to <32 mPa· S for this fluid after ageing at 260'C over 16 h.
