目的 研究山楂叶提取物自微乳化释药系统的降血脂作用.方法 通过高脂饲料喂养,造成大鼠高血脂模型,经给予山楂叶提取物自微乳化释药系统后,测定血脂变化.结果 山楂叶提取物自微乳化释药系统能明显降低高血脂大鼠的血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白.结论 山楂叶提取物自微乳化释药系统有明显降低大鼠高血脂的作用.

Objective To study the antilipidemic effect of self-microemulsifying drug delivery system of hawthorn leaves extract.Methods Hyperlipedemic animal models induced by high-fat feed were employed to investigate the antilipidemic effect of S-SMEDDS. Results S-SMEDDS could reduce the level of TG, TC and LDL-C. Conclusion The serum lipid level of hyperlipedemic rat can be decreased significantly by S-SMEDDS.
