细菌纤维素湿膜和冷冻干燥的细菌纤维素干膜持水率分别为75.92 g/g、9.14g/g,膨胀率分别为72.13 mL/g、8.62 mL/g.测定了其对人体内有毒物质组胺、氨和NO_2~-的吸附作用.细菌纤维素湿膜对组胺、氨和NO_2~-的吸附速率分别为44.83μg/(g·min)、0.83μg/(g·min)、5.28 μg/(g·min),吸附率分别为18.6%、18.6%、27.8%.细菌纤维素干膜对组胺、氨和NO_2~-的吸附速率分别为52.25μg/(g·min)、1.23 μg/(g·min)、7.67μg/(g·min),吸附率分别为15.8%、11.5%和23.0%.

The water holding capacity of wet bacterial cellulose and the cold dry bacterial cellulose were 75.92 g/g,9.14 g/g and their expansion capacity were 72.13 mL/g,8.62 mL/g,respectively.The adsorptive ability for the noxious of histamine,ammonia and nitrite has been 18.6%,27.8% respectively.For the dry bacterial cellulose,the adsorptive rates were 52.25 15.8%,11.5% and 23.O%.
