利用计算机和视频图像处理技术来监测控制室内众多指示灯状态,并对异常情况进行提示和报警,可以极大的降低值班人员的劳动强度,提高效率.指示灯状态一般有亮、灭、慢闪烁、快闪烁、红、绿等,亮灭状态可以看成周期很长的闪烁.因此本文主要讨论了闪烁状态及红绿颜色变化的检测与识别.以摄像帧周期为基本时间单位,统计帧间亮度差变化情况作为指示灯闪烁状态的识别依据.红绿色差信息可以正确判断指示灯的颜色状态.实验证明,本方法可以正确监测和识别亮、灭、慢闪烁、快闪烁、红、绿等指示灯状态,实现辅助值班功能.

With video processing technology, computer can monitor the status of indicator lights in control room, and alarm if the abnormal incidents happen. In this way, we can reduce the labor intensity, improve efficiency and reliability. Indicator statuses generally include on, off, rapid flicker, slow flicker, red and green. The light-on or light-off states can be considered as a special case of flicker. In this paper we discussed the recognition of flicker and the color status. The period of brightness change is the criterion of judging the flicker status. Color information is used to judge whether the state is red or green. The experiments show that, this method can monitor and identify the status rightly. And the system realized supplementary duty function.
