根据分布式系统原理和模式,从技术课题清单的更新、产业自主创新的发展路径、课题协同、监控平台的实现路径等方面构建了一个动态的产业技术发展监控平台;根据技术课题的特征,从项目跟踪与监控、关键节点的时间控制、节点预算控制、项目验收与专家评审、资源库和知识管理等方面设计了技术课题过程管理的任务控制模型.
根據分佈式繫統原理和模式,從技術課題清單的更新、產業自主創新的髮展路徑、課題協同、鑑控平檯的實現路徑等方麵構建瞭一箇動態的產業技術髮展鑑控平檯;根據技術課題的特徵,從項目跟蹤與鑑控、關鍵節點的時間控製、節點預算控製、項目驗收與專傢評審、資源庫和知識管理等方麵設計瞭技術課題過程管理的任務控製模型.

A dynamic monitoring platform was designed based on distributed system management, including the updating of technology topics, the designing of industry independent innovation path, the coordinating between managers, the designing of implementation path. A task controlling model was established based on technical characteristics of subjects for process management, including the methods of the project tracking and monitoring, time and budget control of the key nodes, project examination and experts assessment, resource and knowledge management.
